Personal Background
After graduating from Florida State University,
I taught school for five years. Then I decided to take some time out to
raise my two children. I have been a REALTOR® since 1990 and I'm
still having fun!
Real Estate Accreditation
Keeping on top of changes in the real estate industry is a top priority for
me. I have earned my ABR designation (Accredited Buyers
Representative) which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency
services, and also my GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute)
designation.
Sales Experience
I have sold everything from one bedroom condos to homes valued at over
a million dollars. I can show you new construction and existing homes.
My experience also includes meeting the special needs of first-time buyers,
retirees, and families moving into or out of central Florida.
Metropolitan Orlando
I assist home buyers and sellers in Orange and Seminole Counties.
Towns in Seminole County include Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Lake
Mary, Heathrow, Sanford, and others. I also serve Orlando, Winter Park,
Maitland, the Dr. Phillips area, and other north and east Orange County
communities. Of course, I can assist you anywhere in the Greater Orlando
area.
